Shirsekar Siddhesh Sushil Sheetal resides in Mumbai, India. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor (Design) at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai Campus. Studying for a Doctoral Program in Art and Design (Ph.D.) from India, with a Bachelor's degree (B.F.A.) and a Master's degree (M.F.A.) (by research) from Sir Jamsetjee Jejeebhoy (J.J.) Institute of Applied Art, Mumbai, India. He specializes in typography and lettering in addition to advertising art and ideas. One of his goals is to keep learning and growing throughout his career. By continually focusing on process quality and methodology, he delivers superior value for others and himself. His goal is to deliver maximum information to society through his knowledge and provide ease in the future academic years. He has published over 20 research papers on national and international platforms. He has articles published in peer-reviewed International journals such as IEEE, JETIR, ICoRD, IFERP, Springer, UGC Care, to name a few. He was nominated for a National Award with his research project 'Learning with Braille and Typography' and with two state awards, three national awards, and five international awards. Having cleared UGC NET in Visual Art (including Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture). He has a book registered with copyright, titled 'Learning with Braille and Typography' and has received numerous academic and professional awards, including the Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad Excellence Award-on National Education Day 2020 with the (AICTE) and Shikshak Kalyaan Foundation, The Global Teacher Award, Rashtriya Shiksha Ratna Award, The Global Teaching Excellence Award, and The Global Teacher Role Model Award. Since 2012, he has been volunteering as an Art Director at Bookwallah Organization where they believe in sharing the gift of imagination and healing with storybooks, their vision is to transform the lives of orphans and children affected by trauma. His paintings are in collections in New Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chicago, and Osaka. The state of Maharashtra has also awarded him for his paintings that reflect inner beauty and strengths. Since he believes in giving back what we acquire, he believes we should start appreciating nature.
