MBR's T&C and RULES & REGULATIONS for Awards, Records and Members

1. Each candidate has to fill separate registration form,
2. Registration fee 

• BEST ACHIEVER AWARD’s Registration fee will be INR 6111/- from 14-04-2025.
• HONORARY DOCTORATE AWARD Registration fee will be INR 14999/- from 14-04-2025.
• GLOBAL ICON AWARD’s Registration fee will be INR 35000/- from 14-04-2025.
• All types of RECORDS Registration fee will be INR 9999/- from 14-04-2025.
• Only the Digital Certificate for Best Achiever Awards Reg Fee will be INR 1500/- 
• Only the Digital Certificate for Honorary Doctorate Awards Reg Fee will be INR 3000/-
• A fast processing fee will be INR 2000/- extra

 3. All payments should be made in an online mode.

4. The paid registration fee will not be refunded after confirming your nomination.
5. All the candidates should send their details of their registration fee to our WhatsApp +91-9910192298 for confirmation.
6. The registration process is completed with payment confirmation, the team will contact you.

7. We don’t support smoking tobacco, the use of alcohol, or any type of drugs.
8. Register a mobile number in your application form which has an active WhatsApp, so that we can send all the information on that number. Always use the same number for any conversation with us. If you use another contact no. for query then you have to update that contact no. with us.
9. Magic Book of Record reserves the right to use the awardees’ photographs and videos for their own benefit. No issues will be entertained in this regard.
10. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or make changes in any programs, Dates, or venues due to any natural calamities or any reasons beyond their control, without prior notice.
11. All rules and regulations and terms and conditions must be followed by the Applicant. : T&C and Rules & Regulation.

2. MBR denotes “MAGIC BOOK OF RECORD”.
3. There are 5 categories in MBR, i.e.
  a. MBR Members
  b. MBR Jury
  c. MBR Record Achiever
  d. MBR Awardee
  e. Competition Winners Awardee

MBR MEMBERS

4. There will be two types of membership – Regular and Lifetime.
5. Any person who wants to become a respected member of MBR can enroll by filling out an application form and submitting the membership fee.
6. Regular membership fee INR 50000, Lifetime membership fee INR 110000.
7. After approval of membership, Membership Certificate, Member’s ID Card, Gold Plated Medal, and some other Articles to show off your pride will be provided.
8. Members will be allowed to attend any of the MBR events.
9. Whenever an applicant from the state of the Honorable Member applies to make a record, the member’s recommendation will be given priority over that application.
10. Regular membership will be valid for 5 years from the date of issuance of the membership certificate.
11. The name of the honorable member will be published on the MBR website

MBR JURY

12. It is mandatory to become a member of MBR to join the panel of the jury.
13. It is mandatory for a jury member to have an interest in art and science.
14. The honorable member will have to apply separately to join the jury.
15. Jury applicants can act as jury members if the director or chairman of MBR appoints them as members of the jury.
16. The panel of judges will be appointed by MBR for a particular event.
17. At the end of the event, the jury will certify the same claim by their signature according to the rules of MBR.
18. If there is any approved allowance, then it will be given to the members of the MBR Jury.
19. If any member of MBR or a member of the Jury acts against MBR, harms MBR, or does any improper act, then their membership can be terminated immediately by effect.

MAGIC BOOK OF RECORD (MBR) Code and Contempt

1. Please read all the Terms and Conditions carefully before joining us.
2. MBR denotes “MAGIC BOOK OF RECORD”.
3. Anyone can register their record or awards with the MBR.
4. In order to enroll in any award, all rules for awards presented by MBR must be followed.
5. The rules of competition prizes will change from time to time. This will be marked on our website.
6. In order to participate in offline/online competition/events, the participant has to comply with all the rules laid down by the MBR. The rules of the competition will change from time to time on the basis of each competition. This will be marked on our website.
7. Find the record you would like to attempt.
8. Fill online registration form, submit your record claim.
9. There will be 3 Record Achiever categories in MBR, i.e.
   a. World Record
   b. National Record
   c. State Record
10. There will be 2 types of classes in MBR, i.e.
   a. Solo Record
   b. Group Record
11. There will be 2 types of Record state in MBR, i.e.
   a. New Record
   b. Old Record Break
12. A duly filled registration form will be considered valid.
13. If the participant is a minor, one’s parent’s permission is mandatory.
14. If the registration form is incomplete, then your claim may get rejected.
15. Submit your full details about your record that you want to attempt.
16. After the submission of the application, we will need 2 to 8 weeks to proceed. If your claim is accepted, you can proceed with payment of the application fee Rs 30000/- only for the World/National/State Record, which will be applicable.
17. Once paid, fees will not be refundable in any circumstances.
18. If you are interested in multiple records/attempts, you will need to fill out a separate proposal form and application fee for each record/attempt.
19. After this initial email, your claim will be in our system and will be evaluated within 8 weeks. Occasionally, this may take longer, as we may need to consult external experts. During this period, we will contact you for more information on your attempt in order to make a more qualified judgment on your proposal. Please be assured that we will endeavor to get an answer to you as quickly as possible. If you require a quick answer, you may use our Fast Service.
20. If you want to attempt your claim with Fast Service within 2 weeks of the application, then for this, you have to fulfill the guidelines, for which you will be charged the additional fee, i.e., Rs 2000.
21. All charges with taxes like GST, VAT, etc., will be paid by the applicant.
22. Once your application proposal is approved then it is valid for only 30 days.
23. The participant must submit an age proof document before the attempt.
24. In case of any team/group record, anyone who is assigned by the team/group can go ahead and will signature the documents on behalf of the team/group.
25. If your application is accepted after verification, you will receive the guidelines for the next step. You will receive a welcome email from us, just click on the link in that email to confirm your identity and complete your registration.
26. If you wish to get your record verified on the spot, you can invite a Judge from MBR in your record-breaking/making attempt. It will be chargeable. This will be decided according to the distance of the record-making location and the duration of record-making/breaking.
27. Our guidelines must be followed while attempting the record, and the evidence must be provided about it. In other words, the guidelines tell you how it needs to be done and what you need to submit to us in order to prove it.
28. All stated rules must be followed, and all evidence must be submitted in order to become a MBR title holder.
29. Once you submit your claim, we will email you General Information on Record Breaking, which will outline the process. After all the documents are received, the MBR Team will contact you within 15 days. Incomplete documentation can delay the process. You will be informed through email of any incomplete documentation.
30. Details about the record must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the record attempt.
31. Once your record is approved/ confirmed, you will be entitled to the Magic Book of Record Achiever. We will honor you with a Certificate of Magic Book of Record Achiever, Medal/Exclusive ID card, Hosting achiever’s video or photograph in our portal, etc., and some other Articles to show your proud achievement.
32. The Magic Book of Records team offers you a special purchase pack of our purchasable items. It will take 2-3 weeks to dispatch your pack after the payment confirmation. Send us your slip of special purchase pack payment with your passport size photo at magicbookofrecord@gmail.com or info@magicbookofrecord.com
33. MBR Judges will provide a provisional certificate on the spot if they are present there. The final certificate will be dispatched within 30 days of the record attempt.
34. A certificate will be issued on the spot only if the record-breaking attempt is successful.
35. If you invite our panel of jury and your record is successful, then you will be provided with a certificate on the spot, along with five additional certificates will also be given to the organizers, supporters, and volunteers.
36. Video of the Record attempt in pen drive/ online drive / CD/ DVD must be submitted. In case of an attempt for more than 2 hours, the main highlights of the event must be recorded, like the start of the attempt, the finish of the attempt, and before each break. In the video, the verdict of the jury should be shown very clearly without any cuts in the movie.
37. Photographs of the record attempt will be submitted in digital format at a good resolution.
38. A logbook needs to be maintained for the Marathon category or nonstop record attempt. Logbook will be duly verified by jury. That logbook will be submitted to us.
39. Submit a Minimum of 2 original newspaper coverages.
40. Only original copies of newspaper clippings, video, photographs, logbook, and official certificates will be accepted. News channel coverage may be submitted, too, if available.
41. In case of the group attempt, inviting a judge from MBR needs to be organized by the organizer.
42. Not permitted under the age of 18 years for any attempt, which is considered unsuitable for minors. Anyone less than 18 years it is mandatory to provide consent by a parent/guardian before attempting any record.
43. While attempting for a State, National, or World Record, the attempt will be made in the presence of someone special like a District Magistrate or a school principal or the Gazetted officer, who will issue a letter about the attempt with his signature and duly attested by seal or certified by our jury.
44. Once you have received our guidelines, you can then plan and make your attempt, following our guidelines. While making an attempt, please remember to collect all the evidence as outlined in the specific guidelines.
45. For a record attempt in a specialized field, at least one of the witnesses should be an expert in that specific field.
46. The Magic Book of Record will not accept responsibility for the safety of participants or standards in any record attempt. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all necessary safety precautions are taken. All equipment that will be used should be suitable and proper. Equipment would be checked by local authorities before the record attempt to take place in compliance with any local health and safety laws & regulations.
47. If you want to attempt, you should start training yourself before so that you can be sure that you are moving in the right direction.
48. You may attempt the record and also invite the local media people for the coverage, which could be a part of the authentication of achieving the record.
49. The Magic Book of Record will be under no obligation to return evidence supporting material to you in any circumstances.
50. The decision of the panel of judges/evaluators will be final, and no clarifications/complaints on the judgment will be accepted.
51. If any organization/ school has attempted a group record and wants to get a certificate for each participant, then in that case the organization is required to provide us the list of participants, signed by the senior authorities.
52. All proof as video, images, press coverage, etc., will be treated as the property of ’Magic Book of Record’. MBR reserves the right to use the performance photographs and videos for its own benefit. No issues will be entertained in this regard.
53. You are permitted for the usage of logo of MBR for leaflets, pamphlets, your website, and newspapers for creating awareness before your record attempt, approved by MBR.
54. The Jury/ Judge will announce the success of the record attempt.
55. If there is any error during the event of the attempt or on the website, then Magic Book of Record will not take any responsibility.
56. If there is any error, then it will be corrected in our next edition.
57. If you are organizing a record attempt which may involve the consumption of alcohol, the following additional requirements/ act must be met. You must expect written permission in advance from the team of MBR. Otherwise, your record may be null and void.
58. The record attempt must not be advertised in a manner that appeals to minors, encourages irresponsible drinking or offensive behavior, or encourages participants to consume an alcoholic beverage.
59. We do not accept and support any claims for the Records based on the killing or harming of animals, birds, or any other living beings.
60. Additionally, our guidelines in no way provide any kind of safety advice and can’t be construed as providing any comfort that the record attempt is free from risk.
61. If your claim has been unsuccessful, you may be informed or sent an email explaining the problems regarding the attempt. If successful, you will be sent a letter and MBR certificate in recognition of your achievement.
62. Our guidance does not constitute legal advice. After reviewing your evidence, if we find that any of our rules or measures have not been adhered to, then MBR reserves the right to disqualify the record attempt.
63. Finally, the provision of these guidelines in no way constitutes MBR’s consent for you to undertake a record attempt. Any record attempt will only be considered to be authorized by us where you have signed our standard agreement in relation to record attempts.
64. Magic Book of Record reserves the right to extend or to cancel, discontinue, or terminate any record category at any time or reject any entry at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
65. MBR will not process inappropriate or offensive attempts.
66. MBR does not accept applications or does not create new record titles that are related to the consumption, preparation, or use of tobacco, cannabis, or nicotine products.
67. Your access and use of the service are regulated by your acceptance and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service. by accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.
68. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate the terms.
69. Our policies are regularly reviewed and updated in collaboration with expert organizations and based on feedback from our readers.
70. We reserve the right to change or replace these Terms at any time at our discretion. If there is any revision, we will try to give at least 10 days’ notice before any new conditions take effect. The change material will be determined at our discretion.
71. MBR will not be responsible at the time of the attempt for any calamity, accident, loss of any type of life and movable or immovable properties, and any penalty of the local authority or administration. The applicant will be solely responsible in all circumstances.
72. We don’t accept such a proposal in which one can abolish natural resources or harm them. If it is done, then the applicant will be solely responsible.
73. If any talented performer has a financial problem/a BPL member, then submit family income proof and related documents we will consider for registration fee.
74. We honor and follow all the guidelines of the government of INDIA, all state governments.
75. All disputes are subject to the District Palwal or Faridabad, Haryana (INDIA) jurisdiction only.
76. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
77. MBR and its team always respect any caste, creed, religion, sect, idol, communal harmony, etc. We don’t appreciate or encourage such activities that threaten communal harmony.
