In Academic Field
* 1- 23, did many educational innovations while doing government job on the post of lecturer in Higher Secondary School for 23 years. 2-While voluntarily teaching class she, tried to understand the psychology of the children and used this knowledge for D.Ed., B.Ed. And M.Ed.K students were used while giving training to the teachers, which helped to make the teaching work completely practical.
* In the field of environment *
From 1994 to 2002, a number of activities such as environmental rallies, plays, nook plays, tree planting, nature, excursions, debate competitions, essays, slogan competitions were conducted by making a calendar every month for environmental awareness among school children. The feature was that along with the children, the parents also participated in all these activities. Preventing the use of polythene and hygiene were the hallmarks of this program. , DFO, Principal of Ranger College as well as the then prominent regional leaders also contributed and appreciated. She was the secretary of this club. Reporting of all its programs. wwf was done to New Delhi. She has also received a citation for this work. She is giving her services to the society as an architectural consultant. She has done Mahavastu, Vedang Technocrat, Mahavastu Jyotish Astro Vaastu and Numerology. She is doing this to bring positivity in my family and society. For this He was honored by Akhil Bharatiya Sahitya Parishad Madhya Pradesh.
