The Record for cultivate 25kg amba turmuic including some soil from one plant was excavated on 14 February, 2022 is set by Narendra Singh Mehra (born on 10-12-1959) of Nanital, Uttrakhand state. The plant Amba Turmuric Plant whose botanical name is curcuma amadaroxb and family Zingiberaceae and English name MangoGinger is used for Ayurvedic properties.
