Honorary Doctorate Award (Honoris Causa) is presented to DR. Rachna Varshney from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh state for her meritorious contribution in the field of Singing & Dancing. She is a specialised choreographer has also been judging in dancing & Singing shows and She has a vast Teaching experience. It has been recorded in Magic Book of Record.
Mrs. Rachna Varshney ji, resident of Ghaziabad, Nehru Nagar,Uttar Pradesh, India is achieving many achievements for her continuous commendable contribution in the field of music, singing, dancing, choreographer, mentor and judging in dancing & singing shows.
Even before this, Rachna Varshney ji won medals at National and International level in the field of music and dance in the past years. She did her Masters in Singing (Gold Medalist) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, along with Gandharva Sangeet Mahavidyalaya (Pg.), Ghaziabad, under the guidance of Late Dr. Vimla Gupta ji. After completing Praveshika, Shri "Thakur" is working as HOD and Activity Incharge of Music subject in Girls School for the last 25 years.
In these years she has achieved many achievements, which she owes to her family members, Ajay Goyal and Principal Poonam Sharma ji, the teachers and the manager of the school. Due to her special interest in music since childhood, she participated in many programs and won many competitions. Along with singing, dance is in her heart.
After marriage, she received special support from her in-laws and husband Shri Krishna Kumar Varshney, who is a software engineer, which further encouraged her art. While on one hand she kept teaching music to the girl students, on the other hand she achieved many achievements day by day through her art like-
Obtained Certificate of Excellence by HRD, Ministry of India, Gold medal in District and State level Super Mom Dance Competition, Gold in National Level Super Mom Dance Competition twice in a row (in Chandigarh and Jammu) was a medalist.
Became Silver Medalist in International Level Super Mom Dance Competition in Nepal. Gold medalist in All India Level Super Mom Dance Competition in Mumbai. "Sangeet Rishi" Late Dr. Vimala Gupta Memorial Award by Gandharva Sangeet Mahavidyalaya Ghaziabad, "Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Seva Samman" by WAC International Book of Records, "Kalki Gaurav Samman" by Kalki Foundation, "Mother" by Bhavishya Foundation Durga Shakti Samman", "Woman Empowerment and Teacher Excellence Award" by AGS, "Largest Bollywood Group Singing Certificate" by World Book of Records, London, etc. Many achievements has been achieved by Rachna Varshney ji by her school.
Bar Best Teacher Award, Gold Awards every year and has been honored with Excellence Award many times. As the "Chief Guest" in many programs, she has played an important role as "Chief Judge" in many competitions. In this journey, she considers her school to be a big contribution.
