ABOUT:

MS. KAJOl LOTA MEDHI is an Assamese poet and writer. She is working as a General Secretary of “Suruj Mukhi Kabi Sakra” and Joint-Secretary of “Kamrup Mahanogorjilakabisanmilan” in Assam's regional poetic society.
As of yet 2 of her books have been published and she have also co-authored 5 other published books. Besides many of her other poems have been published in various renowned magazines. Her works have been honoured with awards and accolades. She is a fortunate enough to be in the company of the regional poetic talents and being chosen by them to work as General Secretary, Joint Secretary Etc. on various platforms. She has completed masters in Economics from Cotton College, Guwahati. She is a house wife and mother of two children. She always wants to strengthen the Assamese literature by trying to inspire mostly the self-limiting house wives, aged people of our society to explore hidden possibilities and come forward to contribute their unique part without hesitation.
She has individually published some books like as Anubhawarejak son sudaisorai and Xaixukhisoalibor. Also jointly published some books like 1) Kabitarkakali, 2) Pathar, 3) Golap, 4) Fagun, 5) Kabiarukabita
