Madhumita Subhnil is running her personal business (coaching centre) as well as a good Social worker. She is doing services under the banner of Lions Club and at present President of the same.
She has received many awards in different fields. The most recent and precious is Mrs Odisha title from Odisha Beauty expo ( Contest was held on 12thJanuary 2021)and Maanpatra ( certificate Of Appreciation) for her contributions to the further development of Sambalpuri culture and heritage in Western Odisha, awarded at The Third National Sambalpuri Convention held at Sundargarh in February 2021. She has received so many awards for his excellence work in Social Fields. She has received Global Action Team Honours from Lions Club International for her contributions and services in the field of Global peace and International Relationship. So many awards and appreciations from Lions Club International and from different organizations for conducting free cataract operation camps and for different service activities, helping poor and needy people in many ways. In educational fields she is invited as a regular Judge in Science Exhibitions, Elocution competitions and others which are organized by District administration every year on the eve of Independence Day and Republic Day. On women's Day she has been felicitated by many renowned organizations for her achievements and for her services for the development of mankind and society as a whole.
