Mr. L. Rojit Singh has Proficiency in many areas like Multi-disciplinary education plans, Student motivation, Team teaching approach, Curriculum development, Multi-sensory lessons, Student cantered learning environment, Parent teacher conferences, Technology integration, Individualized educational plans. He taught sciences and mathematics subject in very poor area of Assam, very high risk area for malaria and very high top hills area of Assam in Don Bosco High School. His Goal is to identify children with special needs in socio economically backward communities across India and provide assistance for an appropriate education to make them an independent citizen.
He was serving more than 11 years in teaching for very poor backward schedule tribe and cast students in India. They are very poor in mathematics and science in India. They have not enough facilities for electricity, road, food, house and medical. All houses are made by wood and straw. Electricity facility is not available for every houses. They used kerosene and solar plate in every houses. They were coming by paddle from 10 k.m. We produced position holder, subject topper and distinctions holder in mathematics and science for board examination. Some students got admission in medical and engineering college.
