Jitu Mani Das is awarded “BEST ACHIEVER'S AWARD - 2021” as the title of “Best Pharmacist Award” by Magic Book of Records on 27th December, 2021, for his outstanding contribution in the field of Pharma. It has been recorded in Magic Book of Record.
He is presently doing service at Rangjuli Block PHC, Goalpara Dist. of Assam as Pharmacist under H&FW Department, Assam. He has given his service more time at the period of Covid-19 at Quarantine center, covid testing camp under their block level, going house to house to delivered essential medicine for patients, doing vaccination awareness camp in different villages under their block PHC etc. He is a social activist also. He is doing his duty as the District Secretary of a literary organization named as Goalpara Jila Sahitya Sobha which is a branch of Axom Sahitya Sobha; Secretary of DhanubhangaSankardev Shishu Niketan, Vice-president of Goalpara district pharmacist service association, served as a volunteers of Shreemanta Sankardev Sangha etc. He has published 2 no’s book under these 1 is poetry book. He has served as an editor of different Souvenirs (11no’s). He received 'Padatik Ratna' award from Sristir Padatik organization, Guwahati, Assam.

Jitu Mani Das is a graduate in pharmaceutical science (practice) i.c. B.Pharm. (Practice) from Assam Down Town University, Guwahati; D. Pharm. from Dibrugarh University, Assam; M.A. in Sociology from TNOU.He is presently doing service at Rangjuli Block PHC, Goalpara Dist. of Assam as Pharmacist under H&FW Department, Assam.
