Latesh (Preety Rai) recorded as “Best Project Managed Community Service Organization” by Magic Book of Record on 12 March 2021.
Latesh (Preety Rai) started her journey in social work line from 2001. Despite studying in class X herself, she started teaching children in small classes and joined the GRC and participated in the work of the society. After working in various GRCs and institutions from 2001 to 2017, she decided to open her own institution. In 2017 formed the institution under the name Aadhya Durga Foundation. She is running this organization on her own without any financial help.
Latesh (Preety Rai) have 19 year's experience in Social Worker and NGO field. She is Social Worker at SKV-1 Zeenat Mahal School Kamla Market Delhi , Former counselor at social work with NGO and groups, Aanganwadi Monitoring Committee Member at Delhi Commission For protection of Child Right in Matia Mahal Vidhansabha delhi, Executive Member of North Delhi At ANTI CORRUPTION FOUNDATION, Reporter in Darya Ganj Delhi at SANGYAN DRISHTI and also Trust and Society Consultant.

HER PURPOSE/AIM
The main purpose of my life is to educate the people of the slum area and the develop their social development, to run a variety of awareness programs to raise the social and mental level, raise the level of equality of children in slum area in society.
Working for women 's empowerment making women Self reliant through technically and professional knowledge, So that they can make themselves know in the society. She should not be subject to anyone.
