APJ Abdul Kalam Award is presented to Dr. Shish Pal Rathee from Rohtak, Haryana for his excellence works and remarkable roles on Teaching and Research. He is teaching from last 15 years and doing research work from last 8 years. He has many research papers on Crystal Growth, NLO Materials, Amino Acid Based Complex, P-Toluidine Based Single Crystal, Nanomaterials. ABOUT:

Dr. Shish Pal Rathee is an Associate Professor & Head, of the Department of Physics, at All India Jat Hero’s Memorial College, Rohtak, Haryana. He guide undergraduate students to use technology in academics and research.
He researches on Crystal growth, NLO materials, Amino acid based complex, p-toludine based single crystal, nanomaterial’s.
He is also working on some research paper ad journals. He has participated in National / International Seminars & Conferences in different colleges and universities and participated in National Workshops.
