Dr. Parmod Bhatia is awarded Honorary Doctorate Award

Honorary Doctorate Award (Honoris Causa) is presented to Dr. Parmod Bhatia (Chairman Youth Welfare Federation of India) from Chandigarh, Punjab state for his contribution in the field of empowering persons with disability by providing them prosthesis (an artificial body part).
