Dr. Munna Lal Devdas was born on 12 August 1960 in Gariaband, Chhattisgarh, who is a Head Master, Writer and Lyrics in Gariyaband, Chhattisgarh state. He completed his education M.A in Hindi Literature, History, D.Ed.
The President awarded to Dr. Munna Lal Devdas as title of Principal Reader and Writer in Chhattisgarh. He also set a record for historical innovation through 36116 marks on the basics of the creation of the state of Chhattisgarh - '36 on 36 Garh State's first historical educational innovation' as interesting and Informative information is given. Dr. Devdas has been doing action research on educational innovation of letter making from numbers since last 25 years.
