Dr. M.Vidhyalakshmi is an Assistant Professor at SRM Institute of Science and Technology. She obtained her PhD degree and M.E degree from Anna University, Chennai. She completed her B.E (ECE) at PSR Engineering College, Sivakasi. Her Research Areas are Computer vision, Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing. Her PhD research of Detecting Text in Natural Images has provided Promising results in the field of Artificial Intelligence. She has published 10 Patents till date in Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing. She has published and presented various research papers in Journals and Conferences. She received the e-Governance award from TAMILNADU state Government .She was Shortlisted by IBM for the Future Quantum Leader Program.
