Dr. Lalit Baldaniya born on 02nd Sep.,1988 at Surat, Gujarat. He is working in business profession as a Motivational Speaker, Author, Journalist and Educational Consultant. He is an owner of the institutes: Lion Education Point, Palak Training Consultancy.

JC Lalit Baldaniya popularly known as Growth Machine of Zone VIII due to his achievements during his Presidential and ZVP year in team of growth. He has continued this performance in the year 2022 when he had performed the portfolio of Zone Director Growth and Development. He started his journey of ZD G&D with the target of 2222 and 10 lakh plus foundation contribution. His never give up attitude and more then 100 visits of Local organisations finaly converted in the Banchmark of Zone VIII where he is able to reach the Zone VIII at membership 2333 from 2022 in year 2021. More then 275+ members growth more then 15% growth he is able to achive due to his hardwork and continuous communication with the LO Presidents. It is a result of his hard work that Zone VIII is created history by extending 8 new local organisations including 2 Lady Local Organisations. His efforts during NVP visit were taken in to the consideration that he was able to contributed 5 new LO in 5 days. His Coordination with the Zone President and Zone vise president was so effective that all the ZVP and Zone VIII were able to be Positive in terms of membership growth on 31st March, within deadline. Being ZD G& D, He was aware with the fact that JJ are future Jaycee and he had also emphasized that maximum JJ wing will be performed in Zone VIII and with his efforts 33 JJ wing are operated in the year 2022. Foundation contributions are the major aspect of G&D portfolio and JC Lalit Baldaniya had also created history in Zone VIII. Zone VIII has contributed 11.50 lakh plus foundation contribution to JCI India which was never done before by Zone. During NP Visit he was able to motivate LO President and was successful in contributing the Foundation contribution of 8 lakh in 8 days. Total 41 LO had subscribed for the JCI India Foundation. With effective communication with current and Past Jaycee and seperate circular on JCI India Foundation he was able to achieve 60 HGF, 48 JFM, 4 JFD, 1 JFK and 7 JFS.
