Dr. Abhinav Saxena (born on 29 October 1947) from Shajahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He has collected over 1.75 Lakh pictures/cuttings from various sources. He has received honors from State and National level record on his credit. He achieved an extraordinary feat in the field of Collection and Preservation. He commended and spotlighted for his recognizing and appreciating his eligible efforts for collections of cars, antique bikes & Scooter pictures/ cuttings from various sources.
