A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Award is presented to Debabrata Giri from Balasore, Odisha state for his outstanding contribution in the field of Numismatics. He has contributed to Indian heritage through knowledge sharing & collecting more than 10000 coins, Paper moneys, FDC, stamps, miniature sheets, stamp papers, post cards, match boxes, gem stones, antique items and ancient weapons of great historic value. He is also funder of a museum “The Kalinga Heritage”. It has been recorded in Magic Book of Record.
