Bhushan Manohar Bangare comes from a resident of a very small village. Due to the small size of the village, the population of the village is between 300 and 350. Most of the people in the village are poor and budding and they support themselves and their families by doing farm labor and mercenary work. Due to the small size of the village, all the basic things except primary school are in this taluka. The farmers in the village feed their children by farming and send them to school.
But the children of the village were suffering a lot due to this corona infection, because of all schools and colleges are closed. As a result, students were deprived of education and this posed a big challenge to my village. There is no difference between the children in the city and those who are well off what did they buy Smartphone for their children to study and they are learning online. But what about the children of the farmers in our village? Sometimes it is difficult to feed the family. They have never bought a Smartphone. How can they afford such an expensive mobile phone worth 8-10 thousand rupees? They work hard to take care of their children. They send them to school to make it happen, but now that the school is closed, what about the future of the students?
In such a time, without thinking of his own studies, He put aside everything and came forward on his own and decided to teach all the students in my village. Teaches and still teaches. Classes were getting more and more and He was the only one to teach. At such a time, he told such an initiative to the educated students of the village.
But he did not bother with this answer and decided that even if we are alone today, we should teach them who is with us or not ... We started this project and we have to implement it properly ... Students come and teach, but he is teaching everyone every day.
During this time He had a lot of problems... he could not get a room downstairs in the village, He did not have a proper place. He asked for school permission but he did not get it ...
Finally after a lot of effort a simple room and space was made available to us and our journey started.
This activity was going on for 3-4 months in a row. He is also a poor student. He himself completed his education by working in the fields near the village. When he came to the village, he used to go to work in the fields with his parents ... and then spent the rest of the time teaching the children in the village all day long. The rest of the time he would devote to his studies. And with this money, he helped the needy students with school supplies. Also, with this money, he bought books for extra reading and gave them to children for reading.
Also, during this period, they celebrated the anniversaries / anniversaries of the great men ... They presented various activities related to them in the village ... Through this, they tried to awaken the society in the village ... Through this activity, they tried to inculcate their thoughts in the minds of the people of the village.
For example, he explained the importance of celebrating Constitution Day. On the occasion of Babasaheb Ambedkar's birthday, we students tried to pay homage to him by conducting 12 hours of continuous study activities without any fuss ... On the occasion of Krantijyoti Savitri Bai Phule's birthday, by presenting street plays in the village ... we also tried to enlighten the society. On the occasion of his birthday, we cleaned the whole village and planted trees.
