Just like the whole world, we also faced a few challenges especially after the schools reopened. We took more care of students' health by maintaining physical distance and the safety measures followed in the schools. We regularly inform all the students, parents, and teachers about the safety precautions in this pandemic situation. We also motivated and conducted vaccination drives in all our schools with the help of government health workers. We also got numerous requests from the nearby villages to take more of their children as students, this is something we could not accommodate as we would have needed to arrange bus facilities, and construct new toilets all of which require more funds which we do not have.

Aman Kumar has been associated with various types of social movements. He has been in favor of casteless politics in Bihar. Through journalism also, he has been working to raise the voice of the oppressed people of society. Due to my untiring efforts for 18 years, the status of the only Lorik Festival of Supaul district was given by the Department of Art, Culture and Youth, Government of Bihar. For 10 consecutive years, under the banner of Lohia Youth Brigade. He has been fighting against social evils as well as burning problems from the village to the state level. His the only such institute in the Koshi region in which free education is being given to 100 students every year.
He has been working for 14 years to spread public awareness in backward areas for cleanliness, women empowerment, Nirmal Gram Panchayat etc. through Prerak the in Koshi zone. At the same time, by organizing all the drivers of the district, they are continuously working to give information about traffic rules by holding meetings and training workshops and awareness campaigns/workshops/ marches/camps etc.
He has been conducted from time to time for almost 15 years for the general voters of the district regarding the importance and responsibility of the franchise. He has been organizing regular workshops on poverty alleviation. The task of giving the right direction and guidance to the educated unemployed, especially the educated unemployed, is being done since 2008 under his guidance. He has been trying to expose the gang of financial, mental and physical exploitation of the youth, as well as to get the harshest punishment by becoming a dream merchant. Because of this 18 members of the gang who gave jobs to 02 lakh youths in Smile Project (NGO) are still in jail. Its battle was roused by him only. As a result of which meaningful initiative is being taken in the direction of the Sarpanch, Deputy Sarpanch, and Panch getting their rights. For this, 126 meetings / many meetings were organized by Aman Kumar in the entire Bihar. Regarding public problems, under the banner of various social organizations (non-political), he has been raising the problems of common people from a height.
