ADV SONIYA GAJBHIYE is 34 years old from Nagpur, Maharashtra. She pursued her M.B.A, M.A. (Public Administration) M.A. (Sociology), PGDHR, LLB, BCA and now practicing at Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench since 11 years ago, and from last 15 years she is in social services. She is Founder cum President of “BhimraajkiBeti" Organisation and also Founder cum President of “SanvidhanRakshak" Organisation.
As an advocate SONIYA GAJBHIYE is working for Work for Women Empowerment, Free legal Aid services, Work for sexual harassment cases, Work for Atrocity matter, Work for Art. 340, 341, 342 , Work for sec 376 IPC and work for sec 354 of IPC Under the banner of "BhimraajkiBeti" and Also Work for Awareness of Indian Constitution. She is working for knowing people and awareness of camp regarding constitutional rights and fundamental rights under the banner name "SanvidhanRakshak". Also She Works for awareness of meditation "Vipassana", and Works for enviourmental issues, recently have taken agenda in hand for plantations of 1,00,000 tress all over the Maharashtra. Till now 25000 plantation done.
As a Social Worker SONIYA GAJBHIYE working in Social field from last 10 to 12 years. She is a Motivational speaker on meditation. She is working for building a shelter for women’s who are homeless and for old aged too. She gives training to poor and orphans and downtrodden child for competitive studies.
Last year in covid19 pandemic situation she spent her 10 lakh to help needy, poor and labour person. She had distributed ration to 500 family daily and food to 1000 people daily which she worked up to 5 to 6 months.
Apart from advocate and social worker she is a writer too. Recently she has written a article on "Women Protection Law" and "Free Legal Aid" and working on book on Constitutional and Legal protection for women.
She is always conducting a programme on social topic and legal topic. She loves to help others which spread love and maître.
