A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Award – 2023 has been proudly conferred upon Mr. Sanjay Ayachit of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to the fields of Music, Fine Arts, and Neurotherapy. This prestigious honour celebrates his lifelong dedication, professional excellence, and meaningful service to society.

Born in 1965, Mr. Ayachit completed his early education in Kanpur. Driven by a deep passion for art and music, he pursued a Diploma in Fine Arts from Fine Art College, Gwalior, in 1991. He further strengthened his musical expertise by earning the Visharad qualification in Tabla under the esteemed guidance of renowned tabla maestro Shri Dinkar Muzumdar of Indore. His talent earned him an All India CB Grade recognition from All India Radio and Doordarshan. He has also presented five educational episodes on tabla playing for FM Channel Gyanvani, contributing significantly to music education and cultural enrichment.

With over 40 years of dedicated teaching experience, Mr. Ayachit is presently serving as a Music Teacher at Shri Bal Vinay Mandir, Chhatribagh School (Nal Bagh), Indore. Throughout his career, he has mentored countless students, inspiring them to excel in music and creative arts. His collaborations with veteran dancers and artists further reflect his versatile talent and commitment to artistic excellence. In 2012, he was honoured by film personality Shri Vijendra Gadgil during the Devi Ahilya Janmotsav celebration, acknowledging his significant contribution to the cultural field.

Beyond music and fine arts, Mr. Ayachit has actively engaged in social service and specialized in Neurotherapy, providing effective and drug-free treatment to many individuals. His dedication, sincerity, and multidimensional contributions have earned him recognition and appreciation from numerous organizations.
