- National Service & Public Duty – Exemplary contribution in defence, public administration, disaster response, or community safety.
- Patriotic Leadership – Leadership that advances national interest, societal resilience, or civic responsibility.
- Courage & Integrity in Action – Demonstrated moral or operational courage in high-stakes or high-risk contexts.
- Social & Community Mobilisation – Work that unites people for constitutional, developmental or humanitarian causes.
- Strategic Institution-Building – Founding or strengthening institutions that enhance national capability or civic strength.
- Youth Inspiration & Nation-Building – Initiatives that cultivate responsibility, discipline and purpose among young citizens.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum 1 year of continuous service in the nominated domain
- Evidence of clear and traceable impact
- Work driven by public interest
