The MAGIC BOOK OF RECORD celebrates extraordinary talent, innovation, and achievements from individuals and organisations across the globe. To ensure every deserving applicant receives fair and transparent recognition, we have established a simple yet structured application and award process. This process is designed to guide participants from the initial stage of nomination to the final recognition ceremony, ensuring every step is clear, credible, and rewarding.
Through our “How to Apply and Award Process,” applicants can easily understand how to submit their entries, the evaluation criteria, verification procedures, and how winners are selected and honoured.
The process of nomination and receiving the award in the “MAGIC BOOK OF RECORD” is as follows:
1. Registration Form:
Applications must be submitted through the online registration form available at www.magicbookofrecord.com. The applicant must strictly follow all rules, regulations, terms, and conditions. (T&C and Rules.)
2. Submit Your Profile & Documents:
Applicants are required to submit all supporting documents, including one valid ID proof, one photograph (soft copy) for the certificate, an Achievements Report/Bio Data/CV, and proof of achievements or creative milestones.
3. Evaluation Process for Nomination or Selection:
Our expert panel reviews and verifies all entries for authenticity and impact. If an applicant’s profile is selected as eligible for the award, a confirmation message will be sent via email or WhatsApp. Within 7 working days of receiving the confirmation, the applicant must complete the registration process.
4. Registration:
Selected candidates must complete their award registration within 7 working days from the date of receiving the confirmation email or WhatsApp message. Failure to initiate the registration process within this period may result in the cancellation of the nomination by the selection committee.
5. Certification / Award Processing:
Once your profile is approved by the jury committee, we will proceed with the award and recognition process. Our design team will prepare your certificate and other related materials, confirm details with you, and contact you regarding the invitation card and other arrangements for the award ceremony.
6. Award Ceremony / Distribution:
The award will be presented to the winner at a function organised by the governing body. The venue and date of the ceremony will be determined and communicated in advance.
7. Award Presentation by Authorised Person:
During the ceremony, the award will be conferred only upon the awardee who is present. However, it may be received by the Head/CEO of the entity or any other person authorised by the Head/CEO.
8. If Unable to Attend the Award Ceremony:
Awardees who are unable to attend the ceremony may later collect their award from a designated Member of the Governing Body, Manager, or CRM.
9. PROCESSING PERIOD: The whole process takes 10 to 90 working days
