ELIGIBILITY

  • Individuals of long public service (educationists, scientists, health leaders, jurists, social reformers, administrators, cultural custodians, etc.)
  • Founders or stewards of institutions who built enduring systems or models
  • Pioneers and path-breakers whose work has changed norms or created new standards
  • A minimum of 20–25 years of credible contribution in the relevant domain
  • Contributions driven by public interest, knowledge advancement or institutional good.
