ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Nominees should meet the following:
- Alignment with Dr Kalam’s Values – Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, public good, innovation and humility.
- Contribution to science, technology, or research with social or national relevance
- Contribution to education, youth development or knowledge dissemination
- Contribution to social entrepreneurship or community impact
- Public service or policy contribution with positive societal outcomes
- Minimum 3 years of continuous service in the nominated domain
- Evidence of clear and traceable impact
- Work driven by public interest
