ELIGIBILITY
Eligible nominees may include:
- Individuals (social workers, volunteers, reformers, activists, educators, doctors, legal advocates, community leaders)
- Institutions (NGOs, trusts, social enterprises, campus organisations, volunteer networks)
- Grassroots contributors whose work may be low-profile but high-impact
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum 3 years of continuous service in the nominated domain
- Evidence of clear and traceable impact
- Work driven by public interest
