Return
If you have received the wrong product or the wrong award, you can contact customer care or your relationship manager to obtain authorisation and initiate the process of returning the item. Product must be returned to us within same day from the date it has been delivered to the awardee. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
Refund
After the product is successfully received by the company, Magic Book of Record will initiate the refund to your source account or chosen refund method, as per their terms and conditions.
Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Due to service providers in nature, “NO REFUND”, “NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that an order can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the products. Once the Product is processed after 2 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
Shipping & Delivery Policies
The “Magic Book of Record” ships its products to almost all parts of India by registered post or couriers using third-party couriers. The order placed will be shipped within 10 to 90 working days as on demand. We ship on all days except Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers or post, the delivery time would be about 3 to 10 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For rural areas, the products will be shipped through the government-registered post and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control, for which Magic Book of Record is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Magic Book of Record continuously tries to avoid such instances. Also, Magic Book of Record reserves the right to cancel or reattempt your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable.
