Becoming a STATE ADVISOR, part of the MAGIC BOOK OF RECORD, powered by the PHHD MAGIC BOOK OF RECORD FOUNDATION, means joining a community committed to creating lasting, positive change.
We offer two types of membership for a state Advisor: yearly and lifetime.
The Yearly membership fee is INR 15111, and the Lifetime membership fee is INR 50111.
Interested individuals can apply to become a STATE ADVISOR by completing the official application form, eligibility criteria, submitting the membership fee, and agreeing to follow all Terms & Conditions, Rules, and Regulations of the organisation. Once approved, members will enjoy a range of exclusive privileges.
- An amount of INR 111 from the membership fee shall be levied as the registration fee for the State Advisor membership, and the remaining balance shall be adjusted toward the award registration fee and other applicable article charges.
- With this active membership, you are eligible to apply for our ongoing awards. This offer is valid only for the duration of the membership.
- A STATE ADVISOR authorised certificate, an ID Card, and other exclusive recognition materials.
- Eligibility to attend official events (terms and conditions apply).
- Priority consideration for recommendations within their respective states.
- Membership validity for the selected plan duration, starting from the date of certificate issuance.
- Publication of the member’s name on our official website.
- Opportunities to contribute to policy and program development through meetings and consultative processes.
- Direct involvement in sustainable projects that promote social justice and improve lives.
- Free legal consultancy services will be provided for members.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR STATE ADVISORS:
The general eligibility criteria for becoming a State Advisor are as follows:
- Must be an Indian citizen, and provide a valid address proof.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must submit the prescribed application fee.
- Must not be declared insane or bankrupt.
- Must not be ostracised or have a record of bad character.
MEMBERSHIP DISQUALIFICATION OR ACTION:
The MAGIC BOOK OF RECORD reserves the right to disqualify or remove a member under the following circumstances:
- Death or resignation.
- Acting against the organisation’s principles or objectives.
- Being found guilty by the Executive Committee.
- Conviction of serious crimes by the judicial system.
- Being declared mentally unsound or an undischarged bankrupt by a court.
- Loss of Indian citizenship.
- Conviction for bribery, racism, or other serious offences.
- Being found guilty of social crimes such as untouchability or dowry.
- If any member charges a candidate a registration fee higher than the official registration fee set by the organisation, their membership may be terminated, and the directors may take necessary action.
- Apart from the award-related fee, members are allowed to charge coordination, consultation, local event, or other facility-related fees to applicants. However, members will be solely responsible for these additional charges and must provide complete details about them to the organisation.
