Rakesh Sharma is working as Head of Department (MBA) at Rewa Institute of Technology (RIT), Madhya Pradesh. He is also an Estimator Cum Billing Engineer cum personal, Asst. Sales Manager at LBG Division, Bilaspur.
He is working on different Projects Name as :- PMC for RVNL , Raipur-Titlagarh, Package-3- “Construction of Roadbed, major & minor bridges, track linking (excluding supply of rails, ordinary track sleepers and thick web switches), outdoor signaling and electrical (General) works in connection with doubling of ARAND (Ex) – Raipur (ex) section (57.404 kms) part of Raipur – Titlagarh doubling in Sambalpur & Raipur Division of East Coast & South East Central Railway in the state of CHHATTISGARH.
Rakesh Sharma as HOD of MBA, his roles and responsibilities are for handle classes for MBA, for generating, monitoring, and analyzing relevant academic reports, responsible for completing the curriculums of the students and handling all type of teaching work in accordance with the role and Contributed in institutional development. He is organizing international and national level conferences, workshops and conclaves and also involve with admission procedure (27 Admissions by him).
He assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms and managing Recruitment (Rozgar Mela). He organizing recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events and Performance monitoring of Students. After this works he also managing All Govt. Body Related work and resolving Design and Development Problems from Govt. Body. He looks estimation of New University project work with terms & condition of RGPV & UGC. He completing all other small Quotation Contractors bills & status of work and maintaining & Updated preparation of periodic Records & Reports. And also involve with all civil works in different sites for support & progress.
He is achieving growth and hitting sales targets. He is designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence. He is managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales and managing All Govt. Body, Related to work and tender .
