Pausali Mukherjee, born and brought up in 'The City of Joy-- Kolkata', the author, a Postgraduate in English Literature and Language, is a dedicated educationist for more than a decade. She has the zeal of writing since her school days but and since then she believes in the power of pen ; "Pen can wound, Pen can heal too"-- that's what she says. She likes to portray the picture with words and paint them with the colour of words only. Like a true Wordsmith though she has been in writing for a long time but she has taken the endeavour to publish her writings in the year 2020. She writes in three languages- English, Hindi and in her mother language Bengali. Till now many of her literary works have been published in several anthologies. Few of them namely “The Soul Talks" and “The Lightening Flies", "Dear Mom", "Kopfkino", " Trepidation". Many more are yet to come. A collection of her Twenty-Five Poems has been published as her debut solo book named as “Flip to Fillip” from Notion Press Publication House. It was featured in the NE8x Online Litfest 2021 and for this book, she has won several awards from NE8x.
Her second solo project named as "VERSOFICTION" has recently published on 15th May 2021. It was published in Traditional way from Astitva Prakashan and is a collection of Sixty-Two literary pieces ; verses and fictions together.
