The record for achieving First Patent and Honorary Doctorate Holder in the world as a Craft Instructor in Industrial Training Institute and Skill Development Institutes in the world was set by Kiran Prakash Zarkar ( born on 09-12-1984) of Solapur, Maharashtra. He got skill book patent from Industrial Training Institute and Skill Development Institutes. It has been recorded in Magic Book of Record.
