Sri Jnyanendra Ballave Gogoi bron in 22 January 1996. He lives in Assam India. (State Assam. District- Jorhat, Vill- Gayanbari, Sub-division Titabar, P.S-. Borholla, P.O-.bekajan, Pin 785631) . He started schooling in Gayanbari L.P. School, Mohgarh M.E. School, Bekajan High School, Bekajan Higher Secondary School, Jaganathbaruah College and Jagannath Baruah Autonomus College. He is a writer, player, folk musician, flock artist. He won national award for music, flock singing and national game, writing and etc.
