Criteria of GLOBAL ICON AWARD - 2024 Eligibility

As for the candidates’ profiles and achievements, the MBR committee will decide. The applicant has already worked in the respective field. All organizations, however large, medium or small, whether in manufacturing, trading service or profession, whether in government, public or private sector, research organization, NGOs and service sector covering all sectors of our business are eligible for the award. Individual persons can apply from all sectors. All organizations and individuals worldwide are eligible to submit entries.

This unique Magic Book of Record Global Icon Award awarded to a person satisfying the following criteria:

1) The person who has contributed significantly to the cultural, scientific, and social development of the world.
2) Outstanding accomplishment in the honoree’s field, with world status wherever appropriate social cause.
3) Having any administrative honor or a minimum 5 years of working experience in anything that is vital for the betterment of society or beneficiary for animal welfare or having any special research in any field.

List of documents required to process for GLOBAL ICON AWARD - 2024

Applications should be submitted through the online registration form on magicbookofrecord.com

One Photo for Certificate (Soft copy).
Applicant must submit Achievement Certificates, Achievements Reports, and Proof of Documents related to achievements.
A valid passport with at least six months validity of the journey and passport is valid till May 2025.
Visa entry is free till 10th November 2024. Visa is subject to the rules & regulations of Thai EMBASSY. It’s important to note that the immigration fee, regulations and requirements can be changed by Thai Embassy.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Only selected members and their relatives can participate by registering as a delegate.
Registration Fee INR – 65000/-, GLOBAL ICON AWARD-2024
Each delegate should fill out a separate registration form on our website Registration Link
This event will be held between 16th October to 31st October 2024 in Thailand.
The passport must be valid for 6 months from the travel date.
A photocopy of the passport must be submitted before the Hotel Booking and Flight Booking.
Registration fee includes as per package.

International Exposure with the Global Icon Award – 2024.
Return flight Ex-Delhi/Bombay or Kolkata.
Airport Transfers pickup and drop from Bangkok.
Tourist Visa on arrival as per package and as per rules of the Thai Embassy.
Four nights’ stay in Thailand.
Daily breakfast and award celebration day Lunch.
Famous sightseeing tour in Pattaya City.

Registration Fee as per Package and any type of Government tax (If Applicable) will be extra.
Standard dishes will be provided during breakfast and lunch to registered delegates.
Any request for cancellation will be entitled to before 15th August 2024. Govt. Taxes Charges and 20% of Registration fees will be charged as cancellation & process fees.
Before visit in the country, you need to carry with you a valid original passport, valid visa, return flight ticket, valid travel insurance.
Organizer reserves all rights to cancel & extend the Programs & take any necessary decision in any undesirable circumstances.
All disputes are subject to District Faridabad, Haryana (INDIA) jurisdiction only.
Visa is subject to rules & regulations of Thai EMBASSY.
All rules and regulation and terms and conditions must be follows by the Applicant.
