Dr. Siddhartha Bhattacharya, Senior Human Resources, is a professional with 16+ years of human resource management experience. The last 16 years he has been working at various Global roles in Technology, Engineering and ecommerce arena. He has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, Organization Development, Employee Experience, Performance Management, Resourcing &Staffing, Statutory Law & Compliance, Labor Relations, Employee Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, and Management Coaching.
He holds an Executive Management Degree in Human Resources from Indian Institute of Management-Calcutta, Master Degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis-Pune in Telecommunication Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Sabarmati University-Ahmadabad as well. Attended few MDPs from Harvard-US, Wharton-US, Kellogg’s, HEC-Paris etc. He has worked at various global leadership / senior management roles of Wal-Mart (Fortune Top-5), CSC (Fortune Top-200), and Hyundai Motors. He is Currently Associated with COMCAST Corporation (Fortune Top-25) as a Senior HR of the organization. Dr. Siddhartha is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) with a Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) designation/certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).Dr. Siddhartha is also an advisory member of “The Planetary Society (Advisory body of NASA)”, Board Member of Prestigious Harvard Leadership Excellence-USA and Brand Ambassador of Mohammed Bin Rashid University Of Medicine and Health Sciences-Dubai (UAE).
