Dr Sashi Bhushan Mohapatra is working as Reader in Zoology in Banki Autonomous College, Banki, Cuttack, Odisha. He is an educationist. His area of academic studies is teaching and research in Zoology, Aquaculture and Biodiversity. Apart from these he is an Author, Editor, Writer, Poet and Columnist. He has published many international and national research papers in various peer reviewed prestigious international and national journals and published Research books in international publication. He has published story and poetry books to his credit. He has conferred International and National Awards like Asia Pacific International Educational Excellence Award for outstanding achievements and remarkable role in the field of education, Bharat Vidya Ratan Award, Best Senior Faculty Award, Excellent Contribution to Research and Development of Zoological Studies, Research Peace Award of 2019 For International Best Professor in Zoology, Distinguished Educator Award-19 by International Institute of Organized Research, Sri Madan Mohan Srestha Smruti Award, Lifetime Achievement Award in the International Scientist Awards on Engineering, Science and Medicine, and 10th Science and Technology Award-21 for Special Achievement by International, National Societies, Academies and Institutions. He is member on the editorial boards of international and national journals and fellow life member of several International and National organizations. He has been involved in organizing several national seminars and conferences. He is actively associated with Environment and Conservation of wildlife. He has been also invited to deliver lectures on Biological Science and in other fields in national and international level.
