He is a Research scholar on “Amenable Semigroups”, under the guidance of Dr. N. Chennappan in Madurai Kamaraj University in 1994. He has completed research on a detailed study on topology and the Dissertation was submitted for the partial fulfillment of M.Sc., degree course entitled “UNIFORM SPACES” in April 1993.
Dr. Murugiah M from Madurai, Tamil Nadu is working academic head of the school. He is counselling students to achieve their goals in life and guiding them for their future achievements. He is also motivating the team of teaching staff, non-teaching staff and students. He is dealing with parents, vendors and the other government officials and to do follow up. Apart from this he is maintaining important documents, records and files of the organization and interviewing candidates and analyzing their caliber prior presenting them to the correspondent and organizing proper training for the new teachers. Murugiah M Sir is coordinating with govt. agencies for NOC, State Recognition & CBSE affiliation (Secondary &Sr. Secondary). He framed AEP & SEP (Academic and Skill Enrichment programs) for the students. He is conducting continuous review of students’ performance. He is organizing teachers upgrading orientations and enrichment programs and developing yearly campus improvement plans and planning Annual Budget. And also he is attending admission enquiries and convert them for new admissions and doing regular observation of classroom teaching and giving feedback.
