DR. Dattatri Khandgonda is the President of South India of the WHR RK FOUNDATION WORLD HUMAN RIGHTS, Bangalore, Karnataka. He is doing Social work activities in Bengaluru.

To begin with, the foundation concentrates in their home state — Karnataka.
