Amrish Kumar Niranjan from U.P. staying in New Delhi, carrying a huge base of work experience where he is currently working as a Youth Assistant in National Service Scheme, Ministry of Youth Affairs& Sports, Govt of India since April 2016, prior to this he was a Field Investigator under a project under Department of Community Medicine, Maulana Medical College(June 2015- March 2016), as a Coordinator in Complaint and Investigation Cell, National Commission for Women (Feb 2014- Feb 2015), as a Counsellor in The Noble Way NGO (June 2013- Feb 2014), as a Research Assistant with the Society for the Promotion of Youth & Masses(SPYM NGO) in Sahyog De Addiction Centre at Kingsway Camp(Oct 2012- May 2013), as a National Youth Corps (NYC) in Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan-Mehrauli for 2 years, also worked as Social Worker cum Junior Research Assistant in Fruit and Bud Welfare Association, NGO for two and half years.
As a part of his qualifications he has completed MSW from IGNOU-New Delhi, B.A. (Hons) Sociology, Diploma in Indonesian Language from JNU, Certification in Pali, Mongolian languages as well as Urdu Language from JNU, Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Preparedness and Rehabilitation, Certification in Geriatric Care from Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment and even completed 21 days Training programme under ‘Earn while you learn-Commonwealth Games 2010 scheme of Ministry of Tourism’.
His accolades include "Youth Ambassador for Peace 2018" at Parliament House Annexe, received Appreciation letter from Independent People’s Tribunal on 'The World Bank" in India, received Appreciation and participation certificate from Prof. Shantha Sinha, Chairperson NCPCR, Appreciation from Central Health Education Bureau, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Certificate of Excellence while working on Women’s Rights, Enrolled as a Lifetime Member of Indian Red Cross Society, qualified UGC-NET in Social Work, Volunteer at National Service Scheme and at UNICEF in 2015.
He has worked on awareness on Street Children, Organ Donation, Tihar Inmates, Old Age, Women Rights and Youth Empowerment. Not only in his field, but he takes interest in Sports too while participating in Marathons, won in several Quizzes as well.
With versatility in his personality, he has presented paper in Asian Leadership Conference on 'New Paradigms of Education for Good Governance & World Peace' held in Bangkok, Thailand, presented paper on ‘Challenges of Female Education in Bundelkhand’ in National Conference, presented paper on ‘Food Security and Role of World Bank’ in International Conference even presented paper on ‘Status of Older People and Sustainable Development in India' in National Seminar. He has attended not only the National but also the International Seminars, Conferences, Workshops as well as various Trainings.
