Chef Alam Singh is awarded Honorary Doctorate Award

Chef Alam Singh Panwar, who hails from Uttarakhand, started his career in the hotel from the year 2006. Shri Nav Jeevan Asharam Dhuttu passed his 12th standard from Bhillang and did Hotel Management course from Bangalore Presidency College of Hotel Management. Chef Alam ji says that he first worked at Royalarchid in Bangalore, which was a difficult time for him. Seeing his madness and passion towards his work, his senior chefs from Uttarakhand extended full support to him. After leaving Raylankind, Bangalore, he joined ITC Windsor Minor, also based in Bangalore, and learned HACCP and Sigma on food safety in 2008, which not only gave him phenomenal knowledge about food safety, but also improved his image. After a stint in Bangalore, he worked in hospitality in Indonesia, Singapore and Australia. On his return to India, he worked as an executive chef at Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's Yellow Chilli. Currently, Chef Alam is working with Swiggy for what he describes as a very challenging task. By Looking his excellent contribution in the field of Cookery (Cooking) .
